This hotel is part of the H10 group of hotels which is a sure sign of quality establishment and this quality is endorsed by the fact that TUI consider this hotel to be of a premium class. The Conquistador used to be marketed to the British public as a package holiday hotel with a Horizon Holidays, based in Birmingham, subsequently taken over by TUI.
